+Determined - Alex has an underlying strong will to live which has helped her survive so far. As she starts to find more purpose and people that she cares for, the number of things that motivate her to change increases as well. Once she’s set on doing something, she strives for it, even if she trips along the way.
+Eager - She is quick to admit her ignorance as a way of putting herself down, but when pointed out to her or she comes to that realization, she strives to learn about what she doesn’t understand to improve herself.
+Nurturing - Alex is naturally a caring person and is particularly weak to children. She also tries to find ways to care for other adults, even if they may not want it. This goes in hand with being observant, as this allows her to discern what a person might need.

These symptoms include temporary amnesia (she doesn’t remember much before she was saved), audio and visual hallucinations, insomnia, listlessness, hyper vigilance, and fight or flight reactions. The most extreme is suicidality but Alex has been able to fend that urge off. Her symptoms exacerbate during stressful situations. She is currently taking tranquilizer pills to help manage them.
